Request A Refund
We’re able to provide refunds in accordance with our Sales and Refunds policy only in the event that purchased content is no longer available or was never delivered, or if advertised future content included as part of your subscription is no longer available or was never delivered. We are unable to issue refunds for any other reason.
By requesting a refund, you agree to, and understand that, we will verify and, if successful, process a full or partial refund in accordance with our Sales and Refunds policy. We can only, and will only, refund to the original payment method, and will attempt to do so within 7 working days of a verified refund request. In the event that we contact you directly and ask you to submit a refund request, the 7 working days will only start once the refund request has been submitted and verified. While most payment methods will receive the refund within 3-5 days, it may take up to 10 days for some accounts.
We are unable to offer refunds unless you personally submit a refund request. By requesting a refund you agree that the content purchased by you was not, is not, or is unable to be, delivered to you (the user) and you agree that we will refund you partially or fully, with no additional compensation. You agree that in the event we are unable to refund you because your payment method rejects the attempted refund, we will attempt to contact you to sort the issue, however if we have attempted in good faith and the refund still cannot be received by you (the user), we are within our right to disregard the refund. It is your responsibility to, and you agree that by requesting a refund you will, ensure that your payment method can receive the refund.
If successful, we will notify you via email to confirm your eligibility for the refund, and to confirm we are processing the request. In the event that a refund is for a individual block, we will contact you directly asking which block it is that you’ve purchased. Please let us know as soon as possible so we can begin processing a refund, if eligible.
In the event that a refund request is denied because it is ineligible, if there is a likely chance of fraud or abuse, or if there is an the event of suspected criminality, you’ll be notified via email with a brief explanation. If you feel there’s been a mistake or that you are still eligible for a refund, you can dispute the denied refund request once. You can dispute a denied refund request here. Do not dispute a refund request before we’ve contacted you with the outcome of you request.
Loss of Access to Content (If Applicable)
In the event that content is only partially accessible or accessible in some form, but not to an acceptable degree that you have access to the content fully (at The Polaris School’s discretion) you agree that by requesting a refund you will lose access to the content with immediate effect.
Consumer Rights following Denial of Refund
In accordance with your local laws, your consumer rights are unaffected by the denial of refund.
