General Availability of Refunds
All sales are final and due to the digital nature of the platform, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds in the event a user is unhappy with the content provided, as content is made available immediately once purchased. We strongly encourage users to check out our videos and read up on our block information before making a purchase to ensure they are happy with the content we offer and fully informed about the course.
Refunds in the event of a content delivery failure
In the event that The Polaris School fails to deliver content following a purchase and is unable to do so in future, we will issue a full refund to the affected user within 7 working days.
Advertised Future Content
Content advertised as “Upcoming” or “Forthcoming” as part of a subscription or one-time purchase is deemed as a promise for delivery of content, providing the user continues to have an active subscription or purchases the course block by the date of release. The Polaris School will make every effort to release advertised future content as part of a user’s active subscription or purchase. In the event that The Polaris School is unable to deliver advertised future content in compliance with the active subscription or purchase terms of service, the user will be eligible for a partial refund for an active subscription (at the discretion of The Polaris School and amounting only the value that the undelivered content would have provided as part of the total subscription cost) or a full refund for a one-time purchase of only the block. In the event of a multi-block purchase, the user will be eligible for a refund only of the percentage that the undelivered block would have made up.
Refunds in the event Purchased Content is Made Unavailable
In the event that purchased content is made unavailable, the user will be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the purchase type. For multi-block purchases or subscriptions, the user will be eligible for a partial refund covering only the percentage of the content made unavailable, at The Polaris School’s discretion. For single block purchases, the user will be eligible for a full refund for the unavailable block.
