If you can’t subscribe to a block
If you see an error message when you try to purchase a block, the platform may have timed out.
Try signing out of The Polaris School and signing back in - this usually refreshes the system. You can sign out at any time from the Sign Out button at bottom of the page.
If you still see an error message
when you try to purchase a block, there might be an issue on our end with that particular block or with all the blocks. Contact Us
or submit a help request ticket from the Support page, and we’ll do our best to help.
If you previously purchased a block but no longer have access to it, and want to re-subscribe, you should be able to do this normally. In some rare cases, the option to purchase may not show up for users who were previously subscribed to content and wish to re-purchase it. If you experience issues with this, we may need to manually put this through for you. Contact Us directly and we’ll do our best to assist.
If you can’t access a purchased block
If you see Subscribe to Block when you try to access a block you’ve already purchased, the platform may have timed out, your enrolment may have expired or you may be logged into the wrong account.
First, check if you’re subscribed to that block. You can check if you’re subscribed through the profile icon on the main Program page.
Next, try signing out of the Polaris School and signing back in. You can sign out at any time from the Sign Out button at bottom of the page. Make sure you’re logged into the correct account. If you have multiple students under one email address, check the correct student is selected.
